Service Call Information

Service Calls are $75 ($100 for trips >25 miles one way).

We come diagnose the problem, if we can fix it then with parts on hand, we will (parts extra). 

If we have to order them, we will and arrange a convenient time to come install them with a labor charge.

If your call concerns a Refrigerator or Freezer, Please be prepared to empty the unit out. Having this done ahead of time will ensure a proper diagnosis.

We generally do not do warranty calls. We will, with advanced notice, help you work with your warranty company to complete the repair. We work for you, not your warranty company so ultimately you are responsible for the cost of the repair.

1. Please be upfront about details regarding your repair. The more information we have, the better we can serve you.
2. If you have a 'Stacked' Washer and Dryer set up, please let us know so we can bring the proper equipment.
3. Please provide us some room to work. Appliance disassembly requires some room. We understand all homes/situations are different and will work with you.

Unless agreed upon beforehand, Payments are due at the time of repair.

We accept most forms of payment (Cash, Check, CC/DC's PayPal, Venmo)
